This research is porposed to know the factor that migh overthrow an Empire in case of Kingdom or State. The Empaire is like a human, it has age. The Empire processing life starts from being born, grow up, reach its golden age, getting old, and finally die or colapse. The weakenss of an Imperium that caused by pride, luxury, and greed become “ the number one reason” to make the Imperium collapse. That reason also happened in case of Imperium Turkey Ottoman. International constellation brings up Europe to be the superpower state in that era, compared to the biggest imperium of 16th century, Turkey Ustmani. through the normative approach and using secularism perspective, the writer is trying to explain the reason of revolution of Turkey from Khilafah Islamiyah to be secular state
