      Abstract
      (victim) and the action is performed repeatedly at school or anywhere.This study was to describe bullying behavior at SMP Negeri 11 Yogyakarta and SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The study was a descriptive cross sectinal. The sample in this study 280 respondents who were students / student class VII and VIII in SMP Negeri 11 Yogyakarta and SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. This research was conducted in April-May 2016 in SMP Negeri 11 Yogyakarta and SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The results in both SMP indicates that bullying behavior in SMP Negeri 11 Yogyakarta as many as 49 respondents (36.94%) perform physical bullying, as many as 35 respondents (28.2%) perform verbal bullying, as many as 24 respondents (18.7% ) perform relational bullying, as many as 23 respondents (17.88%) perform indirect bullying, as many as 16 respondents (12.88%) perform cyberbullying. Bullying behavior in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta as many as 63 respondents (41.72%) perform physical bullying, as many as 56 respondents (35.04%) perform verbal bullying, as many as 47 respondents (29.22%) perform indirect bullying, as many as 47 respondents (29.22%) relational bullying and as much as 37 respondents (18.5%) perform cyberbullying.SMP Negeri 11 Yogyakarta and SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta, the highest bullying is physical bullying. While the lowest bullying behavior is cyberbullying. With this result is expected to respondents, parents and the school can pay attention to the bullying behavior of the student
