This research aims to analyze the capital expenditure, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund and Retribution to the Financial Performance of the District/Town in Central Java period 2011-2014. This research uses secondary data in form of combination data from cross section and time series data, in which the writer restricted the time of research from 2011 to 2014. The analysis method is regression panel data which is processed by fixed effect model The result of this research showed that variable Capital Expenditure has significant and positive effect to Financial Performance and variable General Allocation Fund has significant and negative effect to Financial Performanc. While variable Special Allocation Fund and Retribution has un-significant effect to Financial Performance of the District/Town in Central Java period 2011-2014
