This research seeks to analyze the event management of Maulid Adat Bayan in Lombok Utara Year 2015. The purpose of this research is to describe how management of the event of Maulid Adat Bayan held in Lombok Utara. Maulid Adat Bayan is the tradition of Maulid Nabi (The Birth of the Prophet) by using the Bayan tradition held in two days. The procession of “Maulid Adat Bayan” involved the villagers of Loloan Village, Anyar Village, Sukadana Village, Senaru Village, Karang Bajo Village and Bayan Beleq village, in which all the villages are the unity of indigenous territories which is called Komunitas Masyarakat Adat Bayan (Indigenous Communities of Bayan). This study uses the analyzing theory of Planning, Implementation and Evaluation. This research is using qualitative approach, data collection techniques with interview, documentation and observation. The information in this study is mangqu from Bayan as chief organizer of the event Maulid Adat Bayan. Data analysis technique is done with the data collection phase, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research conclusion is that management event of Maulid Adat Bayan in terms of planning, implementation, evaluation is pretty good. However, the need for innovation should be considered in any event organization for all of the performances so that the audience will not get bored. The solution is the need for brainstorming first for the concept and theme of the event but did not change the essence and the cultural grip of the event
