Abstract
Increasing public awareness of the need for healthy food utilized by operators culinary one of which is the Dapur Hijau Homemade n Healthy Food. Dapur Hijau Homemade n Healthy Food is a production house that has a concept of healthy food homemade, 100% natural material non preservatives, non msg and non chemicals. In relation to the above, this study will discuss the promotion by Dapur Hijau Homemade n Healthy Food.
This study used a qualitative descriptive study using case studies based on the problems that obtained in the study is the marketing promotion activities undertaken by Dapur Hijau Homemade n Healthy Food to increase the number of consumers. The methods used in data collection is by interview, observation and documentation.
The results of the research activities of promotion mix Dapur Hijau Homemade n Healthy Food in the period May 1, 2015 until January 31, 2016 in improving consumers conclusion is the implementation of promotional activities by using four media are advertising, personal selling, public relations and sales promotion. Promotional activities undertaken by the Dapur Hijau Homemade n Healthy Food was successful as evidenced by the increasing number of customers amounted to 58% at the end of 2015.
