This study is titled “The Influence of Risk, Financing Process Quality, Financial Report Analysis and Human Resources Competence Towards Amount of Profit Sharing Financing in Islamic Bank”. The purpose of this study are analyze and obtaining empirical evidence the influence of risk, financing process quality, financial report analysis and human resources competence towards amount of profit sharing financing in Islamic bank either partially or simultaneously. It is the associative research, were the sample of this study was 33 respondents from 5 Islamic banks in Yogyakarta. The sampling method is using the direct survey of Islamic banks in Yogyakarta. The researcher gave the questionnaire directly to the respondents. The analysis technique used in this study linear regression analysis. Processing of data analysis method is using SPSS 16.00 for windows. The partial results of this study indicate that the risk has a negative effect on amount of profit sharing financing moreover financing process quality and financial report analysis have positive effect on amount of profit sharing financing however human resources competence has no effect on amount of profit sharing financing. Variabels of risk, financing process quality, financial report analysis and human resources competence are significant effects simultaneously to amount of profit sharing financing in Islamic banks.
