This study is aimed at examining the performance of zakah, infaq and sadaqah fund management in BAZNAS Banjarnegara Regency, along with relationship between income of mustahiq to zakah of distribution,and satisfication of the muzakki. Primary data are collected from both mustahiq or the recipients of the zakah and the muzakki, and analized using, growth model, multiple regression and Likert analys The result of this study showed that : (1) Growth of zakah, infaq and sadaqah fund management in BAZNAS Banjarnegara Regency still not optimal. A good fund management of zakah, infaq and sadaqah is continuous collection fund from muzakki and fast distribution as found zakah, infaq and sadaqah fund to mustahiq; (2) income of mustahiq has the megative and significant effect to zakah of distribusion and (3) satisfication of the muzakki to BAZNAS in Banjarnegara Regency mostly is still not satisfied. Management of Zakah, Infaq and sadaqah fund based on the trusteeship and professionalism in their service, will effect satisfied level of muzakki
