This article will throw light on the phenomenon of globalization that is redefining the role of the State in international trade. As well, globalization becomes a view that transformation of international trade regime-WTO- that is something that might happen. Domestic support policy on agriculture led to the onset of agriculture issues pressing the developing countries. The problem is pushing India to demonstrate its opposition in any WTO meetings. This was followed with the transformation of the paradigm of the WTO to consider the interests of developing countries.
