This research aims at analyzing the influencing toward factors financial performance of sharia banking sector in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data of time series wich was limited at the period of 2010-2015. Those data involve Return on Assets ( ROA ), financing, Non Performance Financing ( NPF ), and Financing to Deposit Ratio ( FDR ).The analysis method used in the research was multiple linier regression with model of Ordinary Least Square. This result of the research indicates that the variable financing gives positive and significant influence toward ROA, Non Performance of Financing (NPF) gives negative and significant influence toward ROA, and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) gives positive and significant influence toward financial performance of Syaria banking sector in Indonesia.
