      Abstract
      Brake system is one of the go-kart because it is used for the comfort and safety of the driver when the street in order to get good braking. Wheel Geometry is setup like chamber, steering incination axis, caster, toe angle and turning radius. To produce the vehicle stability and to stabilize the steering system. These karts manufacturing process includes design, manufacture and geometry wheel braking system. Machines used is the engine capacity of 150cc 4 stroke with the manufacture of braking systems are secure and able to withstand high-speed vehicles. and Wheel Geometry precision to the steering system can be stable. Braking system when testing at a distance of 50 meters produced by stopped at a distance of 8 meters, a distance of 100 meters is generated to stop at a distance of 20 meters, 150 meters produced a stop at a distance of31 meters, and the resulting stop within 200 meters at a distance of 43 meters. Wheel Geometry system is to produce a vehile stability determines the angel geometry comply. With the existing provisions, because the angle required by 1o to 3o.
