ANALISIS PENGARUH LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP REKRUTMEN KARYAWAN PADA BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI KCP KALIURANG
Abstract
Human resources (HR) is the most valuable asset in a company. On the other hand, education is the main provision of HR work. This study aimed to analyze the influence of educational background to the recruitment of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri branch Kaliurang. The urgency of considering the educational background is motivated by the number of HR of Islamic banking who educational background is non sharia economy. The problem of this studyis whether the level of education and the suitability of the majors have an influence on the recruitment of employees. This study used an associativequalitative approach. The subjects of the study were the employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Kaliurang. The methods used in this research werethe analysis of primary and secondary data triangulationthat were an interview and supporting data. The informantswere the managers and employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Kaliurang. Based on the data analysis in triangulation test, the results of the study concluded that the educational background does not affect the recruitment of employees.
