ANALISA PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA BERDASARKAN NILAI-NILAI ISLAMI (Studi kasus pada PT. BPR Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta)
Abstract
This background of the reseach is the fast growth of sharia banking which relates to the number human resource including in it. The human resource management is an importan element in gaining the goal of a company, so that management of human resource management can be combained with the Islamic values which came from Al-Quran and Hadith. The research aims to know the application of human resource management wich considered from the recruitmen procsess, selection, training and development management, assessment of performance, compensation in Sharia Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta based on Islamic values, by observation the human resource management done in the bank.this research used qualitative approach in with the researcher did in observation, then doing an interview with the informant, and the making data analysis gotten from the interview and documentation. The samples of the research are the employees who head already worked more then two year a bank. The result showed that the Islamic values applied in the human resource management partice in Sharia Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta, while the Islamic values’ aspect asctivities an the application of ukhuwah islamiyah in working place.
