The purpose of this research to know the implementation of cash management and implementation of the Treasury Single Account KPPN Yogyakarta and Evaluating the implementation of the Treasury Single Account to Cash Management at KPPN Yogyakarta. Building on Cash Management function that is no longer Idle Cash in Bank Operations (BO) and supported by the Planning Cash for spending and cash balances placed on the Central Bank so getting remuneration according to the agreement applicable. This research is descriptive quantitative calculations are supported Idle Cash, Forecasting and Remuneration Committee. Data collection is interview, observation, documentation and literature study. The results of this research indicate that the Application Management at the Treasury Office of Yogyakarta, which supported the activities of Planning Cash and provision of funds possessed percentage of 100% and an increase in cash receipts originating from Remuneration (reward) of the Central Bank (Bank Indonesia) with the amount of cash receipts were good and the implementation of the Treasury Single account in Yogyakarta KPPN addressing the absence of Idle Cash. Evaluation Treasury Single Account to Cash Management at KPPN Yogyakarta shows that there is the influence of the Treasury Single Account to Cash management is seen from the absence of Idle Cash is happening even though the accuracy of Planning Cash and precision of the provision of funds directing a figure nearly 100% it is still good because they can be covered with a ceiling of excess.
