This aims of this study is to determine the juridical review of Community participation in the conservation of natural tourist areas of Tlogo Muncar Merapi Mount National Park. The type of this study is the empirical law and the data sources used in this research are primary data, secondary, and tertiary. The methods of data analysis used descriptive and qualitative methods. The results showed that the efforts of the National Park of Mount Merapi in the management of conservation of natural tourism area Tlogo Muncar is to approach the people who live around of Tlogo Muncar by doing some activities like Fire Care Community (FCC), Conservation Village Model (CVM), and orchids cultivation. As for society participation in the management of nature tourism is a voluntary of community on technical and non-technical activities are realized in the form of services and funding.
