International world today face a common problem which is environmwnt problem, climate change. The existence of this problem established Kyoto Protocol that is bidning the entire member that ratified it. Kyoto protocol is a legally binding that concerns in the enviromental issues which has mechanismns in solving the problem there are Joint Implementation, Emmision Trading, and Clean Development mechanism.
