      Abstract
      This research use quantitative analysis, which use questionnaire and literature review analysis while more emphasis in this case the condition of existing pedesterian on Pemuda Street. The Respondent of this research is all of citizen in Surabaya that walking around that pedestrian area. Result of this research shows the level of satisfaction pedestrian area program can categorized in good condition which is a majority satisfied with pedestrian area programs it known by interval value 2,41-2,30. Moreover, this research, concluded the level of people satisfaction on pedesterian area program in Surabaya is good.
