This research aimed at analyzing how big the influence of the Total Population, Regional Minimum Wage, and Human Development Index was towards the unemployment in Lampung Provience. The object of this research were the factors that caused the unemployment in Lampung Provience by gathering data in 12 municipalities and 2 cities from 2009 until 2015. In this research, the samples were 14 municipatilies and cities, that were gathered from varities of institutions like BPS and the sources related to this research. The analyzing tool used was Data Panel Method. Based on the analysis that was conducted, the result indicated that the Total Population and the Human Development Index had significant influence towards the open unemployment in Lampung Provience. Meanwhile the minimum wage has no significant influence towards the Open Unemployment in Lampung Provience.
