      Abstract
Justice forms the foundation of all human societies. This emphasis is particularly privotal in divine religions, including Islam. This central and irreplaceable theme is continuosly highlighted in the Quran and is an undeniable tenet mandated by this faith. However , today's Muslim countries especially Comoros, weaken with development and progressive tendencies , have no room for such an uncompromosing principle. A campaign to correct a history of regression must begin with the following five essential movement: 1) Promoting education among the masses, 2) Fighting poverty and strengthening a weak economy, 3) Liberaling the Comoro identites from the influence of French government, 4) Honoring the role of Islamic principles in Comoro, 5) Promoting Comoro.
