| dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menemukan bukti empiris faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi dan kinerja individu. Faktor-faktor yang akan diteliti adalah partisipasi manajemen, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan kecanggihan teknologi informasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Purposive sampling adalah penentuan sampling dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai BBPLK Serang yang rutinitasnya menggunakan komputerisasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 repsonden sedangkan data yang dapat diolah sebesar 103 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur sedangkan alat uji yang digunakan yaitu SPSS versi 22 dan AMOS versi 21.
Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa partisipasi manajemen, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Sedangkan kecanggihan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. | dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to test and find empirical evidence of the factors that influence the effectiveness of the accounting information system and individual performance. Factors to be examined is the participation of management, use of information technology, information technology and sophistication. This research method using purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is sampling with particular determination. The population in this study were employees BBPLK Serang the routine use of computerization. The sample in this study was 115 repsonden while the data can be processed by 103 respondents. The analysis used in this research is the analysis of the path while the test equipment used SPSS version 22 and AMOS version 21.
