      Abstract
      The global financial crisis which became a problem in the countries of the world, causing financial and economic instability.Many of the countries affected by the global financial crisis. Indonesia is experiencing the global financial crisis at the time and the Bank Indonesia (BI) and either respond by implementing a policy of macro prudential in order to mitigate credit risk, capital, and governance. This research focus on policy instruments governing the risk macro prudential home financing growth(KPR)Loan to Value (LTV) and Financing to Value (FTV). In this study also used macroeconomic indicators such as real interest rates, for the results and IPI. This research aims to analyze the effect of Loan to Value and Financing to Valuehome financing growthdemand in Indonesia. Subjects in his study are public banks conventional and Islamic banks bank in Indonesia. The method used is multiple regression. The research results show that Loan to Value and Financing to Value positive effecon demandhome financing growth in Indonesia. As evidenced by the decline in the NPL and NPF respectively amounted to 2.4% and 3.11% then home financing growth reaches 0.12% (qtq) and also able to encourage economic growth in the real sector. IPI varible has positive and significant effect on the toward home financing demand. Variable ineterst rates negative and significant effect againts the demand for home loans in Indonesia. Variable profit sharingno effest against the demand for home loans in Indonesia.The study concluded that in implementing policies Loan to Value and Financing to Value to demand home financing growth positive effect both on conventional banks and Islamic banks in Indonesia.
