The research aims to analyzing how much inflation, population number, and the city minimum wage influencing the unemployment in some cities of Central Java Province from 2010 until 2015. The objects of the research are the datas of six cities in Central Java collected from BPS. Analytical tool used is panel data. The results show that population number significantly positive on the open unemployment, the city minimum wage negative, while inflation has no effect to the open unemployment in some cities of Central Java Province.
