| dc.description | This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of the apparel industry in Kudus. The variables used in this research is the capital, human resources, and technology. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression, and using validity, reliability test, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination ( which is supported by primary data. Respondents in the study amounted to 50 respondents drawn from research survey data. Based on the analysis shows that: (1) The capital is possitive and not significant to the performance of MSMEs in Kudus regency; (2) Human Resources is possitive and not significant to the performance of MSMEs in Kudus regency; (3) Technology is posstive and significant to the performance of MSMEs in Kudus regency | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) industri pakaian jadi di Kabupaten Kudus. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah modal, sumber daya manusia, dan teknologi. Metode analisis digunakan regresi linear berganda, dan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji T, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi ( yang didukung oleh data primer. Responden dalam penelitian berjumlah 50 responden yang diambil dari data survei peneliti. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah ditelah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1) Modal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM pakaian jadi di Kabupaten Kudus; (2) Sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM pakaian jadi di Kabupaten Kudus; (3) Teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM pakaian jadi di Kabupaten Kudus | en_US |
