dc.description | The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice on job satisfaction of employees with a work ethic as a moderator variable in the Department of Education, Youth and Sports DIY. The study was conducted on employee in the Department of Education, Youth and Sports DIY. Samples taken as many as 123 respondents. The samples in this study using simple random sampling technique. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale to measure 39 question items. Analysis using SPSS 16. The results showed that distributive justice positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and procedural justice are also positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The study also succeeded in proving that the work ethic to succeed as a moderator variable between the influence of distributive justice on job satisfaction of employees in the Department of Education, Youth and Sports DIY. The same thing that the work ethic successfully moderate the influence of procedural justice on job satisfaction in the Department of Education, Youth and Sports DIY. And the results of this study also showed that a high work ethic greater influence in moderating the distributive justice and procedural justice on job satisfaction. | en_US |
