dc.description | The aim of this research is to: 1) Describe the Cooperative Learning method application of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type in class VIII SMP of Muhammadiyan Bantul, 2) Explain activeness and learning achievement of the student class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Bantul pre-applying and post-applying the Cooperative Learning method of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type, 3) Find out the enhancement of activeness and learning achievement of the student class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Bantul in learning Al-Qur’an Hadits by using Cooperative Learning method application of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type.
This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is implemented in two cycles. One cycle consists of four stages those are planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. As for the research subject is the student of class VIII A, amount to 30 students. It consists of 12 male students and 17 female students. This research uses 4 data collection methods those are observation, interview, documentation and test. The data analysis technique which is used is quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis is used for observation and test, while qualitative analysis is used for interview and documentation.
The research result shows that the Cooperative Learning method application of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type can increase activeness and learning achievement of Al-Qur’an Hadits. The enhancement of the activeness can be seen from the result of percentage in pre-cycle 45% (low category) increases in cycle I become 57% (sufficient category) then increases in cycle II become 72% (high category). As for the learning achievement in cycle I is 60% (sufficient category). In cycle II the percentage result increases become 79% (high category). | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan penerapan metode Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) di kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Bantul, 2) memaparkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Bantul sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode Cooperative Learning Tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) , 3) mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Bantul dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits dengan menggunakan metode Cooperative Learning Tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD).
Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research-CAR) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Satu siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Adapun yang menjadi subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A, dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 17 siswi perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk data observasi dan tes. Sedangkan data kualitatif untuk data wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Cooperative Learning Tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar Qur’an Hadits. Peningkatan keaktifan tersebut dapat dilihat dari perolehan persentase pada prasiklus 45% (kategori rendah) meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 57% (kategori cukup) meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 72% (kategori tinggi). Adapun prestasi belajar siklus I sebesar 60% (kategori cukup). Pada siklus II persentase hasil belajar meningkat menjadi 79% (kategori tinggi). | en_US |
