| dc.description | PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) is one of the largest communications companies in Indonesia that has routined activities to install new services for prospective customers. In this activity, there is an important step that technicians must take in the survey process to ensure the availability of services in the prospective customer's location. To undergo the activity, of course needed supporting applications to conduct the survey process so that technicians can do ODP tracking directly when in the process of surveying because during this technician must make contact via telephone with marketing to inquire the availability of ODP slot.
In this study, researchers successfully developed applications that can be used by technicians directly. The application is capable of displaying ODP data information in the form of location of user accessing the application, ODP location, number of ODP slots and number of slots available from each ODP. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) adalah sebuah perusahaan komunikasi terbesar di Indonesia yang mempunyai Kegiatan rutin untuk melakukan pemasangan layanan baru untuk calon pelanggan, dalam kegiatan ini ada langkah penting yang harus dilakukan oleh para teknisi yaitu proses survey untuk memastikan ketersediaan layanan didaerah lokasi calon pelanggan.
Untuk menjalani kegiatan tersebut, tentu dibutuhkan aplikasi pendukung untuk melakukan proses survey supaya teknisi dapat melakukan pelacakan ODP secara langsung ketika dalam proses survey dikarenakan selama ini teknisi harus melakukan contact melalui telephone dengan marketing untuk menanyakan ketersediaan slot ODP.
Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti berhasil mengembangkan aplikasi yang bisa digunakan oleh teknisi secara langsung. Aplikasi mampu menampilkan informasi data ODP yang berupa lokasi user mengakses aplikasi, lokasi ODP, jumlah slot ODP dan jumlah slot tersedia dari masing-masing ODP.
