| dc.description | This paper aims to analyze why the Government of Indonesia decided choose
China (Tiongkok) as a partner cooperation of high speed railway Jakarta –
Bandung. This paper found that the existence of some of the considerations
affecting the Government of Indonesia in his decision to choose China is: First,
the enhancement of economic cooperation Indonesia. Second, the ability of
economic aspects of Indonesia have not been able to meet the needs of over
financing the acceleration of infrastructure development. Third, the aspect of
