| dc.description | This research aims to evaluate the Islamic mentoring program when it is seen from the aspects of context, mentor and participants input, process, and products gained from the program.
This research is a ex post facto research. The research method is Mixed Methods. The program evaluation method used in this research is CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The data collection is done by interview, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique uses the analysis based on Miler and Huberman for the qualitative data while the quantitative data is analyzed using percentage.
The research result shows that the mentoring program in Tanjungharjo Village is assessed as the good one. It can be seen from the evaluation of the context, input, process, and product. The emergence of the mentoring activities is based on the negotiation among the administrators, board of supervisors, and mentors. Being a mentor requires certain requirements. In each hamlet, there are two mentors. The mentoring participants are divided based on the living areas and the classification between boys and girls. The main supporting facility in the mentoring activities is the mosque. The materials delivered in the mentoring activities is the 10 Muashafat of Islam using the laptops and projectors as the media. The Islamic mentoring activities have resulted the teenagers with the noble characters and having a good religious understanding. From the assessment about the worship, the mentoring participants have a good increase in each meeting. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasiprogram mentoring Agama Islam, baik dilihat dari segi konteks, input mentor dan peserta, proses, maupun produk yang didapatkan dari program tersebut.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto.Metode penelitian ini adalah Mixed Methods.Model evaluasi program yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis menurut Miler dan Huberman untuk data kualitatif, sedangkan data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan persentase.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program mentoring desa Tanjungharjo dinilai baik. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari hasil evaluasi conteks, input, process, dan product.Munculya kegiatan mentoring berdasarkan atas musyawarah bersama antara pengurus, dewan pembina, dan mentor. Untuk menjadi mentor ada syarat khusus dan disetiap dusun terdiri dari dua orang mentor. Peserta mentoring dibagi berdasarkan wilayah tempat tinggal dan pengelompokkan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Sarana penunjang utama dalam kegiatan mentoring adalah masjid. Materi yang disampaikan saat kegiatan mentoring adalah 10 muashafat Islam dengan menggunakan media laptop dan proyektor. Kegiatan mentoring Agama Islam ini telah menghasilkan anak-anak remaja yang berakhlak mulia dan memiliki pemahaman agama yang baik. Dari penilaian tentang Ibadah peserta mentoring mengalami peningkatan yang baik setiap pekannya/pertemuan. | en_US |
