dc.descriptionThis study aims to discover the story telling method on early childhood, effort, result, supporting and hindering factors in the moral establishment on the early childhood through story telling method in Play Group ‘Aisyiyah Taman Az-Zahra Minggir Sleman. This study is categorized as qualitative field research. The data gathering techniques were observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed in qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study were: (1) The methods of storytelling for early childhood were the teacher was reading directly from the book, telling fairy tale, telling story using pictures illustration from the book and using dolls as the media. (2) The effort of moral establishment on early childhood through story telling method in Play Group ‘Aisyiyah Taman Az-Zahrra Minggir Sleman was by inserting moral values based on the materials that would be delivered. The media used by the teacher were Islamic pictorial story books, hand dolls, related pictures and posters. The teacher tried to understand each child’s behavior, and created conducive learning circumstances smartly. The effort of moral establishment contained some factors including exemplary, guidance and habituation. (3) The results of the effort of moral establishment on early childhood through story telling method in Play Group ‘Aisyiyah Taman Az-Zahrra Minggir Sleman were that the children were able to understand the moral materials easier using the characters in the story, the teacher could easily insert the moral values in it. The result of the effort was that 70-80% of the children had behaved as the reflection of good morality. (4) The supporting factor of the effort of moral establishment was if the students were old enough to understand when the materials were delivered using story telling method. Learning sources such as Islamic books were adequate, there was children library, there were posters reflecting good behavior, various dolls to demonstrate the characters in the story. The factor that hindered the effort of moral establishment was a very different parenting style at home and at school.en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode bercerita pada anak usia dini, upaya, hasil, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembentukan akhlak anak usia dini melalui metode bercerita di Kelompok Bermain ‘Aisyiyah Taman Az-Zahra Minggir Sleman. Penelitian ini dikategorikan pada jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah: (1) Metode bercerita untuk anak usia dini yaitu guru membaca langsung dari buku cerita, menceritakan dongeng, bercerita dengan menggunakan ilustrasi gambar dari buku dan menggunakan media boneka. (2) Upaya pembentukan akhlak anak usia dini melalui metode bercerita di Kelompok Bermain ‘Aisyiyah Taman Az-Zahra Minggir Sleman yaitu dengan menyisipkan nilai-nilai akhlak sesuai dengan materi yang akan disampaikan. Media yang digunakan guru yaitu dengan buku cerita Islami bergambar, boneka tangan, gambar-gambar yang berkaitan, dan poster. Guru berusaha memahami tingkah laku tiap-tiap anak, serta pandai menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif. Upaya pembentukan akhlak anak mengandung faktor yang terdiri keteladanan, bimbingan dan pembiasaan. (3) Hasil upaya pembentukan akhlak anak usia dini melalui metode bercerita di Kelompok Bermain ‘Aisyiyah Taman Az-Zahra Minggir Sleman yaitu anak lebih mudah memahami materi akhlak karena dengan tokoh-tokoh yang ada di dalam cerita, guru lebih mudah dalam menyisipkan nilai-nilai akhlak di dalamnya. Hasil dari upaya tersebut yaitu 70-80% anak sudah berperilaku cerminan dari akhlak terpuji. (4) Faktor pendukung upaya pembentukan akhlak anak yaitu peserta didik cukup umur bila penyampaian materi menggunakan metode bercerita. Sumber belajar antara lain buku-buku Islami yang memadahi, adanya perpustakaan anak, adanya poster-poster cerminan perbuatan yang baik, berbagai boneka guna memperagakan tokoh dalam cerita. Faktor penghambat upaya pembentukan akhlak anak yaitu pola asuh di rumah dan di sekolah yang sangat berbeda.en_US
