      Abstract
      Syrian conflict in 2011 has produced a refugee phenomenon in various country. Turkey as one of the countries which received most Syrian refugees than another countries neighboring Syria and would apply an “open door policy” for these refugees. This research aims to explain Turkey’s national interest through its policy on accepting Syrian refugees in 2011-2015. This research is using qualitative methods which more specific to descriptive model. The data collection technique also use secondary data that can be obtained from book, journal, news article and another relevant scientific research. The concept to analyze this case in this research are Diplomacy and Human Right concepts. The results of this research show that there are three things to underlie the interest of Turkey in accepting Syrian refugees. First, Turkey can improve their image in international level. Second, with accepted the Syrian refugees it gives opportunity to join European Union. Third, Turkey commitment about Human Right and convention in 1951 and protocol in 1967 that make Turkey has responsibility to help humanitarian crisis.
