This studyusing purposive sampling methodto determine the sample.
Data obtainedbased on thepublicationofthe Annual Report and the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The research sampleis a manufacturing companyin Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2013 with a sample of 32 companies with 160 data. The analysis technique used ismultiple linearanalysis.
