HUBUNGAN DAGANG INDONESIA-TAIWAN DALAM KONTEKS KEBIJAKAN SATU CHINA (2014-2015)
Abstract
One China policy is restraining Taiwan’s trade cooperation with other
countries. Furthermore, Taiwan is not de jure country based on the United Nations,
therefore it's hard for Taiwan to build a diplomatic relations with any countries,
hence Taiwan only have trade cooperation instead of diplomatic cooperation
including Indonesia. In response to this case, this research aims to discuss trade
relations between Indonesia and Taiwan, it happens because Indonesia’s adherence
to the one-China policy. Beside, Indonesia and Taiwan are the member of World
Trade Organization and WTO itself requires the member to obligate one China
policy.
