LMS moodle was one of the e-learning which often used by lecturer and students to support the learning and teaching process. Bandwith limitedness in server and also the price of internet quota which expensive for the students was the aim problem that usually happened in which to get to LMS moodle access. API system contruction which has conneting the moodle into the module application collage windows based aims to diminish the load of the server and to diminish the internet quota that used by the students. API system was built by PHP programming language. Based on the the API system construction and the result of the test can be concluded that LMS moodle which has integrated with the aplication module have a role into the increasing the learning and teaching quality in the information technology area Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
