LABELISASI K-FOOD HALAL DALAM PASAR PANGAN KE INDONESIA
Abstract
This research aim to know about national interest of South Korea to support their national interest to increasing export food products to Indonesia and to inform the public that food diplomacy is the one factor for increasing government to government and people to people relation between two states. This research is a descriptive research that explain how South Korea used the halal labelling to increasing export of their food products to Indonesia. The method of this research is library research that to collected the data from libraries, books, journals, articles, print media, electronic media and websites.
Results of this study is showed that South Korea used the Halal K-food labellization as national interest of South Korea to increasing exports of their food to Indonesia. South Korean used Halal K-food as new soft power to get economics benefit and to increasing bilateral relation with Indonesia. The taste of Korean food has similarity with the food in Indonesia, its easy for Indonesian society to accepted South Korea taste of food. With the positive image by Korean wave in Indonesia, makes Indonesian society began to consume the products of South Korea. The food producers used halal sertification for Korean food products to export their product to Indonesian food market.
