Abstract
Background: Mortality caused by Cardiovascular disease in 2008 is about 17,3 billions people. The Result from Global Burden of Disease Study showed in2013 almost 30% of death in the world caaused by Cardiovascular disease. Oxidatif stress can be one of the causedof endothelial changging, lead to cardiovascular disease. The changging that happened in the cell level is related with e-NOS expression.
Aim: To know the overview of e-NOSin endothelial cell of aorta in Sprague dawley rats with and without induced of DMBA.
Result: e-NOSexpression in the ratwith DMBA induced has mean 25.0 ± 5.9 and for the ratwithout induced by DMBA has mean 12.7± 5.6. Based on area persentase e-NOSexpression in ratwith DMBA induced has 50%and without DMBA Induced has 25%.
Conclusion: The induction of exogenoue oxidant can make the e-NOSbe increased
