This research aimed to know the partnerhip system between UD. Agro Nusantara Prima with the farmer. Besides, this reseach also alm to know the cost, acceptance, income, profit from the sweetcorn farming, and the appropriatness of sweetcorn farming. This research was conducted at Barongan Sumberagung, Jetis, Bantul by using purposive sampling method. The sample was gathered by using sensus with the number of respondents were 35 respondents of partner farmer. The researcher used interview, observation, and note taking to gather the data. The result shoved that the partnership system which was interwinded between UD.Agro Nusantara Prima with sweetcorn farmer was cooperation of Agribusiness Oprational. The company had duties to provide free seed production and guarantee the price and market. Meanwhile,the farmer act as plasma who had to provide an area. Not only that, the farmer also had to follow the technic direction from the company either of cultivating or harvesting. In addition, the farmer also should sell all of the sweetcorn production to the company. The total of sweetcorn farming with partnership system was Rp 2.604.450,- meanwhile the number of aceeptance, income, and profit in order was Rp 4.160.000-, Rp 3.011.376,- and Rp 1.555.550-. furthermore, the appropriatness of sweetcorn farming with partnership system was could be seen from the value of R/C which has velue 1,60. Moreover, the value of capital productivity was 147 %. Moreover, the velue of employees productivity was Rp 96.754-/ HKO. The last, the velue of area productivity was Rp 2.041-/ m2. It could be summed up that sweetcorn farming with partnership system was appropriate to be developed.
