| dc.description | PT PLN (Persero) Area Yogyakarta is one of the PLN unit that has obligation to handle electricity service in Yogyakarta. As a form of concern for the environment, PT PLN (Persero) Area Yogyakarta formed a Corporate Social Responsibility program "PLN Peduli: Mudal River Park Ecotourism". This Community-based social responsibility program is planned in 2015 and implemented in 2016. PT PLN (Persero) Area Yogyakarta was awarded as the first winner of CSR Best PLN in Indonesia in 2016 for the implementation of this program. The purpose of this research is to describe the evaluation of "PLN Peduli: Mudal River Park Ecotourism" program and its supporting and inhibiting factors, with data collection method using interview and documentation techniques, and analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique.
The results of this study showed that at the planning evaluation stage conducted a survey to see the location of goals and meetings to formulate the program, then the proposal submission. Furthermore, at the implementation stage, the delivery of the message is done by oral and written media via electronic message. Achievement of message delivery is seen from a well-executed implementation process. The last step, the impact evaluation is seen from the enthusiasm of the people who are glad with the implementation of this program and hope the sustainability of this program in the future as well as the increasing number of visitors. Supporting factors that influence are the government support Kulon Progo Regency in the form of permit program implementation, community enthusiasm and abundant natural resources. The inhibiting factors are initially lack of community awareness, the constraints of the rainy season and the community difficulty bringing material to the location. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | PT PLN (Persero) Area Yogyakarta adalah salah satu unit PLN yang memiliki kewajiban menangani pelayanan ketenagalistrikan di area Yogyakarta. Sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap lingkungan hidup, PT PLN (Persero) Area Yogyakarta membentuk program Corporate Social Responsibility “PLN Peduli : Ekowisata Taman Sungai Mudal”. Program tanggung jawab sosial berbasis community development ini mulai direncanakan pada tahun 2015 dan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2016. PT PLN (Persero) Area Yogyakarta mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai juara I CSR Terbaik PLN se-Indonesia pada tahun 2016 atas pelaksanaan program ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi pelaksanaan program “PLN Peduli : Ekowisata Taman Sungai Mudal” serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap evaluasi perencanaan dilakukan survey untuk melihat lokasi sasaran dan rapat untuk merumuskan program, kemudian pengajuan proposal. Selanjutnya pada tahap pelaksanaan, penyampaian pesan dilakukan dengan media lisan dan tertulis melalui pesan elektronik. Ketercapaian penyampaian pesan terlihat dari proses pelaksanaan yang dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Tahap terakhir, evaluasi dampak terlihat dari antusiasme warga yang senang dengan adanya program ini dan berharap keberlanjutan program ini ke depan selain itu juga jumlah pengunjung yang semakin banyak. Faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi adalah dukungan pemerintah Kabupaten Kulon Progo berupa izin pelaksanaan program, antusiasme masyarakat dan sumber daya alam yang melimpah. Adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah pada awalnya kesadaran masyarakat masih kurang, kendala musim hujan dan masyarakat kesulitan membawa material sampai lokasi | en_US |
