PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PEMBERITAAN PENGGUNAAN FORMALIN DALAM PRODUK PANGAN OLAHAN DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
The information about formalin use on food production have had negative impact for micro and small businesses market, especially an some favourite food like tofu, meat ball and chicken noodle. To counter this negative news, goverment do some promotion acts and give clarification through mass media. The study done in Yogyakarta Province, tried to explore how the people have perception about the content, the objective, and the effect of the negative news, promotion acts and clarification news.
