| dc.description | The main reason of the research was to study the conformity of the implementation of PSAK No. 107 about the Accounting of Ijarah in the financing of multi services in BPR Sharia Bangun Drajat Warga. Meanwhile, there were some conditions that the researcher analyzed to find out whether the implementation of the multi services financing has been in accordance with PSAK No. 107.
The financing of multi services was the financing given by Sharia Finance Institution to the customers to get the benefits of a service by using agreement of Ijarah or Kafalah. The financing of multi services of BPR Sharia Bangun Drajat Warga used the agreement of Ijarah, in which the finance should be in accordance with the statement of Ijarah.
Based on the result of the research conducted in BPR Sharia Bangun Drajat Warga, it showed that some of the implementation conditions of Ijarah agreement in the financing of multi services have been in accordance with PSAK No. 107. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti kesesuaian penerapan PSAK No. 107 tentang Akuntansi Ijarah pada pembiayaan multijasa di BPR Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga. Adapun beberapa ketentuan-ketentuan yang penulis analisis untuk mengetahui apakah dalam penerapan pembiayaan multijasa telah sesuai dengan PSAK No. 107.
Pembiayaan multijasa merupakan pembiayaan yang diberikan Lembaga Keuangan Syariah kepada nasabah untuk memperoleh manfaat atas suatu jasa dengan menggunakan akad ijarah atau kafalah. Pembiayaan multijasa BPR yariah Bangun Drajat Warga menggunakan akad ijarah, dimana pembiayaan tersebut harus sesuai dengan fatwa ijarah.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di BPR Syariah Bangun Draat Warga hasilnya menunjukan bahwa sebagian ketentuan penerapan akad ijarah dalam pembiayaan multijasa telah sesuai dengan PSAK No. 107. | en_US |
