Gempur batu kejibeling is a traditional medicine to cure the stone-renal very effective. Daily intake of infusa gempurbatu kejibeling is suspected to induce the bleeding in intestinal for long term. This research was carried out to detect the influence of intake extract gempur batu kejibeling for 9 week to the level of Haemoglobin and leucocyte in female rat. The twenty rats were divided into 2 groups: as Group I Control and Group II daily intake 10 mg/200 grBB of extract gempurbatu kejibeling for 9 weeks. The blood was taken by haematocrite micropipette via vena orbital in week 1st, 5nd dan 9 nd to detect the level of haemoglobin and Leucocyte number. Data was analyze using one way anova. The average of Hb level in group control in week 1st, 5nd dan 9 nd were (12±0.632)(gr/dl),(14.08±0.355)(gr/dl) and ( 12±0.268) (gr/dl) . In group II were (13.32±0.412) (gr/dl), (6.76±1.21) (gr/dl), and (10,74± 2.91) (gr/dl). The average of leucocyte number subsequently in group I were (5.05± 0.88) thousand/mm, (6,75±1.78) thousand/mm, ( 4,213±1,777) thousand/mm. In group II were (4,68 ± 1.95) thousand/mm, ( 4,68 ± 1.95) thousand/mm, ( 3,625 ± 1.8) thousand/mm. The anova analyze showed that p ˃ 0.05.There was no significant different in each group for Hb level and leucocyte number during intake extract gempurbatu kejibeling. The intake of extract gempurbatu kejibeling ( strobilanthus crispus,BL) dose 10 mg/200 gr BB during 9 week was not influence the Hb level and leucocyte number on rat.
