| dc.description | Teknik Informatika merupakan salah satu program studi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogakarta (UMY). Saat ini, untuk membuat pengajuan dana biasanya staff menggunakan Microsoft Exel kemudian di print sehingga prodi hanya mempunyai data dalam bentuk hardfile dan untuk menjadikannya softfile perlu di scan. Hal tersebut menyulitkan staff penyimpanan data dalam jangka panjang dan juga jika disimpan dalam bentuk hardfile dalam kurun waktu yang lama data bisa saja hilang atau terselip.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi monitoring pengajuan dana belanja lab TI berbasis desktop untuk membantu staff menyimpan data dalam jangka panjang dan mempermudah mencari data-data lama. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Dari hasil pengujian BlackBox Testing yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi Monitoring Pengajuan Dana Belanja Lab TI telah memenuhi tujuan dari penelitian dan dapat digunakan dengan baik, terbukti dari berjalannya fungsi-fungsi di dalam aplikasi dengan baik. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Informatics Engineering is one of the study programs at Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta (UMY). Currently, to make the fund submission is usually staff using Microsoft Exel then print so that the prodi only have data in hardfile form and to make it softfile need to scan. This makes it difficult for data storage staff in the long run and also if stored in hardfile form in a long period of time the data may be lost or tucked.
The purpose of this research is to make monitoring application of desktop-based IT lab expenditure budget to help staff keep data in long-term and make it easier to find old data. In this research used Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method.
From the results of testing BlackBox Testing has been done, it can be concluded that the application Monitoring Submission Fund Shopping Lab IT has met the purpose of research and can be used well, as evidenced by the running functions in the application well. | en_US |
