Informatics Engineering is one of the study programs at Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta (UMY). Currently, to make the fund submission is usually staff using Microsoft Exel then print so that the prodi only have data in hardfile form and to make it softfile need to scan. This makes it difficult for data storage staff in the long run and also if stored in hardfile form in a long period of time the data may be lost or tucked. The purpose of this research is to make monitoring application of desktop-based IT lab expenditure budget to help staff keep data in long-term and make it easier to find old data. In this research used Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. From the results of testing BlackBox Testing has been done, it can be concluded that the application Monitoring Submission Fund Shopping Lab IT has met the purpose of research and can be used well, as evidenced by the running functions in the application well.
