EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM BAKTI SOSIAL RAIL CLINIC DI BANDUNG & YOGYAKARTA SEBAGAI PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PT KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO) PERIODE 2016-2017
Abstract
This study analyzes how the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility program "Rail Clinic Social Service" in Bandung & Yogyakarta in 2016-2017. This study aims to determine the stages of implementation up to the evaluation of the program conducted by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative case study. The object of this research is Health Unit PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 2 located in Bandung and Daop 6 located in Yogyakarta. Methods of data collection using in-depth interviews, documentation, and direct observation. Data analysis technique is qualitative analysis by using triangulation technique as data validity test.
The results of this study indicate by using model evaluation PII PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) as the executor of "Rail Clinic Social Service" activity until the preparation phase (plan) and implementation (implement). In the preparation stage (plan) conducted surveys and licensing with the local government. Furthermore, at the implementation stage (implementation) distributed health service coupons to the community While the impact evaluation (impact) has not been implemented by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The supporting factor in Rail Clinic is the local government and the enthusiasm of the people who come. While the inhibiting factor in the Rail Clinic is when a collision occurred with the internal service schedule of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
