A research aimed to get the best combination from the treatment of branch pruning and giving paclobutrazol and the influence about productivity of cucumber plant. The research was conducted in serandil village, Leksono, Wonosobo in June – August 2017. This research is done by using factorial experimental method which was arranged in randomized complete block design (RCBD) with first factor is branch pruning consisting of three treatment of branch pruning that is : without branch pruning, 2 branch pruning, and 3 branch pruning. The second factor is giving paclobutrazol consisting of three three type that is : without giving paclobutrazol, giving 0,2 ml/liters water, and giving 0,4 ml/liters water. The result of research showed that no interaction between the treatment of branch pruning and giving paklobutrazol. The best treatment in increasing the production is 2 branch pruning (P1) and treatment of giving 0,4 ml/liters paclobutrazol (Z2).
