Muhammadiyah University Yogyakrta is a private university where there is one study program that is Informatics Engineering which has a busy schedule of events. In this case the delivery of the schedule information is still done in a way that is less efficient through social media like facebook. To overcome this, IT study programs require a software tool to improve the system. In a thesis designed a web based event scheduling software with the specification of this system can provide information about the scheduling of events that will be obtained by students in realtime. Implementing a website on an IT course can also make it easier for the admin to provide details on the event schedule. This system is built using PHP with MySQL database. With this application is expected to process data processing contained in IT prodi can be done optimally.
