| dc.description | ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA BUDIDAYA BURUNG MURAI BATU DI DESA WUKIRSARI KECAMATAN IMOGIRI KABUPATEN BANTUL, bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil peternak burung Murai Batu dan menganalisis kelayakan usaha budidaya burung Murai Batu di Desa Wukirsari Kecamatan Imogiri Kabupaten Bantul. Pengambilan responden dilakukan metode sensus berjumlah 20 peternak. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan obseravasi dan wawancara langsung kepada responden untuk selanjutnya di analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usia peternak Murai Batu di Desa Wukursari masih tergolong produktif yaitu antara 30-60 tahun tingkat pendidikan peternak sudah tergolong bagus yaitu berpendidikan SMA sampai perguruan tinggi. Berdasarkan perkerjaan pokok peternak sebagian besar peternak memilih usaha budidaya Burung Murai Batu sebagai perkerjan sampingan. Total biaya yang di keluarkan oleh peternak dalam usaha budidaya burung Murai Batu selama 5 tahun sebesar Rp.77.252.660/usaha tani. penerimaan dari usaha budidaya burung Murai Batu diperoleh dari hasil penjualan anakan burung dan indukan afkir. Total penerimaan yang di terima oleh peternak sebesar Rp. 196.884.750/usaha tani. Dari hasil penelitian total keuntungan yang diterima selama 5 tahun adalah Rp. 119.632.090/usaha tani. Hasil analisis kelayakan yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa nilai NPV selama satu periode adalah sebesar Rp. 73.053.301(lebih besar dari 0). Nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) yang diperoleh sebesar 115,86 % ( lebih besar dari suku bunga pinjaman bank sebesar 14% ). Payback periode (Pbp) atau investasi dapat dikembalikan dalam jangka waktu selama 0,98 Tahun atau 11 bulan 22 hari ( kurang dari masa produksi selama 5 tahun ). Hasil gross B/C ratio usaha budidaya burung Murai Batu menunjukan hasil sebesar 4.63 ( lebih besar dari 1 ). Maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa usaha budidaya burung Murai Batu di Desa Wukirsari kecamatan Imogiri Kabupatn bantul sangat menguntungkan dan layang untuk diusahakan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | ANALYSISFEASIBILITY OF MURAI BATU BIRD LIVESTOCK IN WUKIRSARI VILLAGE DIRECTION IMOGIRI DISTRICT BANTUL.This study aims to find out the profile of farmers Murai Batu and analyze the feasibility of the cultivation of birds in the Village Murai Batu Wukirsari Imogiri District Bantul. Respondents were taken by census method amounted to 20 breeders. The data were collected by conducting obseravation and direct interview to the respondent for further analysis in descriptive manner.Result of research indicate age of farmer of Murai Batu in Wukursari Village is still classified as productive that is between 30-60 years of education level of breeder have been classified good that is high school education until college.Result of research indicate age of farmer of Murai Batu in Wukursari Village is still classified as productive that is between 30-60 years of education level of breeder have been classified good that is high school education until college.the acceptance of the cultivation of birds Murai Batu obtained from the sale of sapling birds and breeds rejects.
