ANALYSISFEASIBILITY OF MURAI BATU BIRD LIVESTOCK IN WUKIRSARI VILLAGE DIRECTION IMOGIRI DISTRICT BANTUL.This study aims to find out the profile of farmers Murai Batu and analyze the feasibility of the cultivation of birds in the Village Murai Batu Wukirsari Imogiri District Bantul. Respondents were taken by census method amounted to 20 breeders. The data were collected by conducting obseravation and direct interview to the respondent for further analysis in descriptive manner.Result of research indicate age of farmer of Murai Batu in Wukursari Village is still classified as productive that is between 30-60 years of education level of breeder have been classified good that is high school education until college.Result of research indicate age of farmer of Murai Batu in Wukursari Village is still classified as productive that is between 30-60 years of education level of breeder have been classified good that is high school education until college.the acceptance of the cultivation of birds Murai Batu obtained from the sale of sapling birds and breeds rejects. Total receipts received by breeders of Rp. 196.884.750 / farm business.From the research result, total profit received for 5 years is Rp. 119.632.090 / farm business.The result of feasibility analysis can be seen that the value of NPV for one period is Rp. 73.053.301 (greater than 0).The value of Internal Rate of Return (IRR) obtained is 115.86% (greater than the bank loan interest rate of 14%).Payback period (Pbp) or investment can be returned within a period of 0.98 Years or 11 months 22 days (less than the production period for 5 years). The results of gross B / C ratio of the cultivation of the birds Murai Batu showed the result of 4.63 (greater than 1).So the results of this study showed that the cultivation of birds Murai Batu in the village of Wukirsari Imogiri districts Bantul very profitable and kite to cultivate
