Management Information System Archive Documents Letter of Decision and Certificate is a PHP-based website that is able to store, and facility to print report of decision letter and also can display letter of decision and certificate received by each lecturer who can petrified admin of majoring in information technology as manager of decision environment major’s information technology muhammadiyah university of Yogyakarta. The method used in this research was conducted in Admin Study Room. Information technology stored in building 2nd floor of F4. department of information technology university of muhammadiyah yogyakarta, and with the test results using black box is a system that has been able to archive decision letter and certificate if at any time will be reused
