| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the influence of capital stucture, profitability to firm value with investment opportunity set as an intervening variable study on property, real estate, and building contruction companies listed in BEI period 2011-2016. In this study, sampes of 151 were selected using purposive sampling method. Analysis tool in this study is SPSS 16 and Eviews 7.
Based on the analysis that have been made the result are capital structure, profitability does not effect to firm value, while investment opportunity set (IOS) significant positive effect to firm value. Capital structure and profitability significant positive effects to investment opportunity set (IOS). Capital structure and profitability effects positive significant to firm value through investment opportunity set (IOS) as intervening variable. | en_US |
