The guidance system of the present thesis are generally manual, where students interact and face to face with the supervisor in a certain space and time. However, a problem that often arises is the students and lecturers can not be met due to a lack of compatibility between the two sides as well as ignorance about the schedule student supervisor. In addition, each student counseling process required to bring the draft thesis in the form of disposable printed materials that eventually become waste when drafting the final project is completed. To overcome some of the weaknesses then designed a Final Guidance Information System Online at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This research aims to design and build an application guidance that can provide ease in the guidance process of final project between students and lecturers. The web-based system, the programming language used is PHP and using MySQL database. After testing with black box method can be concluded that the application runs perfectly. The results of this study is expected to facilitate lecturers and students in conducting final project guidance so that in the final project work can be more effective and efficient.
