The increase in the number of labor was not accompanied by the increase of labor performance. It affected the production process and hinders the labor productivity. This research “Determinant of Labor Productivity of Roof-tile Industry at Talesan, Purwantoro, Wonogiri” aimed to identify the influence of salary, work experience, and total dependency family toward the labor productivity. The data were primary. The total samples were 77. The data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression mathematic model by Eviews 10.0. Based on the research conducted, the three variables (salary, word experience, total dependency family) influenced significantly towards the labor productivity of roof-tile industry at Talesan, Purwantoro, Wonogiri. The coefficient determination is 0.4835 or 48.35%. It showed that the 48.35% productivity adjustment influenced by salary, work experience, and total dependency family and 51. 65% influenced by other variable.
